I know that context and the impact is has on content – and risk is content – is a recently recurring theme for me, but I believe that this article points to an important challenge we have in risk management.
We need not only look at our own situation, but also at the situation of others who we are working or dealing with, such as stakeholders or, in our business, beneficiaries. If we forget that, we risk losing an important part of the added value we want to realize through risk management.
